XBRL Viewer

The XBRL accounts viewer is a web application making it possible to view an XBRL file with annual accounts in a model format similar to those seen by organisations when filling in their data. The ultimate aim is for anyone who has an XBRL file they want to view in a user-friendly way to have this application available to them without having to install anything on their local computer.

The VisorXBRL can be used at the following public link: XBRL viewer: XBRLViewer

This link is also published in the pages of the various taxonomies of the  General State Comptroller (IGAE).

The application works with any of the XBRL instances indicated in the following section.

Characteristics of the application

View instances

Using this application you can display XBRL instances compatible with the classifications indicated below. To be able to display an instance you need to load the file from the menu option "View XBRL instance from file". You can attach an XBRL or XML file.

For optimum data display, you are recommended to use the application in the Internet Explorer (version 9 or above), Firefox (version 19 or above) or Google Chrome browsers.

Confirm instances

The application also allows you to confirm an instance against its classification. The application will indicate whether the instance complies with its classification and will give information about confirmation errors if it does not fit the pattern.

Export instances to Excel

The application allows you to export an instance file to Excel. The result will be a zip file with as many Excel files as the models/reports contained in the exported instance. Exports can be carried out from a file or a reference associated with a file.
