Incidents of a functional nature (differences in interpretation of the rules, ignorance of the use of the application, suggestion of functional improvement…) shall be notified to the functional managers of the General Secretariat of European Funds. Incidents caused by incorrect or different operation of the application (including problems related to interoperability services) shall be used in the same way as in the previous case. Following its on-site analysis, the problem will be channelled to Division V of European Fund Applications, which is responsible for the design and construction of the application.
