The General Intervention of the State Administration has promoted an initiative, called TELCON (ELectronic processing of CONtables documents), aimed at enabling the processing of accounting documents in file format between the managing centres and the delegated interventions, in order to contribute to the streamlining of administrative procedures. To this end, it has drawn up a specification document to which the formation of the accounting records file accessible from this paragraph must be adjusted.
