Introduction
The Funds 2127 information system is the implementation that enables the management of the ERDF and FTJ Funds to be carried out in the multiannual financial framework for the period 2021-2027.
Integration services for the management systems of the Agencies responsible for such management are provided through the API of Fos 2127.
Services are provided through a REST interface, which is documented in OpenAPI 3.0 format, using JSON format load files.
It will also be possible to carry out individual or mass data loading through the application interface.
Access to the web service Fo.2127
In order for an external client application to be able to access the Funds 2127 web service, it should be authenticated by HTTPS/TLS with a certificate of Administration Stamp, body or public law entity for automated administrative action, or with qualified electronic seal certificates derived from the eIDAS regulation issued by one of the certification service providers recognised by the@Signature web service.
It must first apply for access to Division IV of Operation of the IGAE Budgetary Information Technology Services by notifying the name of the application to be used by the service, the service to which it will access and the certificate (public key) with which it will sign the requests. It shall follow the instructions specified on the website catalogue
of web services, and in particular as detailed in the document ‘Application procedure for access by external entities to the corporate WEB services of the Office of Budgetary Information Technology’ published therein.
In addition, it should be authorised by the Application File Manager Funds 2127 to access the application and therefore be associated with an application user code with a profile enabling it to carry out the burden of the relevant entities.
The connection to the Funds API 2127 will be made through the
WSSAccess service provided by the DIV IV, so it will be this service that negotiates the establishment of the connection and then redirects to the relevant API.

There will be two types of processes when requesting the processing of a file, the
loading process that will record the data once validated by the Funds 2127 application or a
validation process that will perform the same checks as the load but without recording the data. These validations shall be those made when capturing data interactively using the graphical interface of the application.
