Access control

The information security policy of the State Secretariat for Budgets and Expenditure, of the General Secretariat for European Funds and of the General Intervention of the State Administration is regulated by the Resolution of 27 March 2024 of the General Intervention of the State Administration, regulating the information security policy of the State Secretariat for Budgets and Expenditure.

In some information systems prior to the request for access, prior authorisation should be requested in accordance with this table of pre-authorisations.

Information on personal data protection

The personal data provided through the application form shall be processed by the Operation Division IV of the Office of Budgetary Information Technology for the purpose of managing authorisations for access to the information and services systems provided by the budgetary administration. He or she may exercise his or her rights before the controller. Before accessing the form and signing the application, you must read the additional information on data protection.
