Introduction
The Funds 2127 information system is the application that enables the management of the ERDF and FTJ Funds to be carried out in the Multiannual Financial Framework for the period 2021-2027.
The Funds API2127 provides integration services for the management systems of the Agencies with responsibility for such management.
The services are provided through a REST interface, which is documented in OpenAPI 3.0 format, using JSON loading files.
It will also be possible to carry out individual or mass data loading via the application interface.
Access to the Web service Fondos 2127
In order for an external client application to be able to access the Fondos 2127 web service, it must be authenticated by means of HTTPS/TLS with a certificate of seal of Administration, body or entity of public law for automated administrative action, or with the certificates of qualified electronic seal derived from the regulation eIDAS, issued by one of the certification service providers recognized by the web service of@Empresa.
It must first make the request for access to Division IV of Operation of the IGAE Budgetary Information Services by notifying the name of the application that is going to use the service, the service to which it is going to access and the certificate (public key) with which it will sign the requests. It must follow the instructions specified on the catalogue of web services page, and in particular as detailed in the document entitled " Procedure for requesting access by external entities to the corporate WEB services of the Office of Budgetary Informatics " published on it.
In addition, it must be authorized by the File Manager of the application Fondos 2127 to access the application and therefore have associated with it an application user code with a profile that allows it to carry out the loading of the corresponding entities.
The connection to the Funds API 2127 will be made through the WSSAccess service provided by DIV IV, so that it will be this service that negotiates the establishment of the connection and then redirects to the corresponding API.

There will be two types of process when requesting the processing of a file, the load process that will record the data once validated by the Fondos 2127 application or a validation process that will perform the same checks as the load but without data recording. These validations will be those performed by capturing the data interactively using the graphical interface of the application.
