What is it and what is it for?

ATENEA is the application for the standardised electronic processing of files on the budgetary amendments made by the Administration.

The main functions of ATENEA are as follows:

Manage the flow of the budgetary amendment file, since its creation (management centre, budget office or, even, by the Directorate General of Budgets) to its approval, implementation, and communication to its stakeholders.
Generate official documents relating to the file (budgetary office report, draft approval, list of files, jobs, etc.)
Support (in collaboration with DocelWeb) for digital signature and validation in files with a remit of approval higher than that of the department minister.
Automatic dispatch to SIC 3 (through the IRIS platform) of relevant accounting documents in TELCON format.
Customisation of accounting documents.
Notifications and announcements of events in which users in the processing of the dossiers are interested.
Access to various types of reports and downloads.
