Adenda was designed for the production of budget information for the limited budget administrative subsector.
This information basically consists of:
- Financial statements of Autonomous Bodies (Income statement for business operations, Operating account, and Statement of changes in financial position and Cash-flow statement).
- Staff of the Administration and planned average remuneration.
- Investment projects: Public investment programme and Schedule of real investments, distributed organically and geographically.
- Tax benefits
- Documentary management: on-line processing of the entire flow of unstructured information (reports, charts, etc.) generated between the various agents involved in the process. This processing requires sending the information to the central repository and its storage, subsequent retrieval and forwarding, where appropriate (after editing). This cycle can be repeated as often as required.
- Budget reports: summaries providing reasons for the differences, by areas of expenditure, between the budgeted period and the previous period, drawn up by the various sectors of the Directorate General for Budgets.
