Online services

As indicated in the Resolution of 28/11/2005 of the Government Comptroller's Office approving the IRIS application, a web service for direct communication between its applications and IRIS is made available to the processing departments.

The interface of this web service provides a series of methods that permit communication between the processing department's system and the IRIS system.

The various calls for sending files for auditing purposes are:

  • Obtain a request number.
  • Register a document.
  • Send a new file.
  • Resend a file.
  • Request a receipt.
  • Consult a file.
  • Download a document.
  • Consult returned files.
  • Cancel a file.
  • Return a file.
  • Finalise file processing.

For sending of management accounts by services abroad:

  • Send an account with Tax ID Code identification from the foreign service.
  • Send an account without Tax ID Code identification from the foreign service.
  • Consult account status.

A call to these services requires the previous identification of the processing department's system by the IGAE security systems. This identification is via an e-certificate.
