The request for ValidarNRC access by new external users should be made in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Resolution dated 27 February 2009 of the Secretariat of State for Finance and Budgets, regulating the security policy of the information systems of the Secretariat General for Budgets and Expenditures and the Government Comptroller's Office, and in the external user's manual published by the virtual office of the Budget Administration Internet portal (www.pap.hacienda.gob.es), in the section on
access control.
