Important notice
From 1 July 2025, a new authorisation procedure for new accesses to FIVEnet will enter into force. New requests from external users for access to the FIVEnet application must be accompanied by the “Authorisation to access FIVEnet” model completed by the applicant and signed by the senior manager at the Assistant Director-General or similar level.All applications received without attaching the aforementioned model will be denied.
According to the area requested, the following indications should be followed:
- Access to accounting data of a particular Ministry: the FIVEnet option must be marked in the Information Systems drop-down (in the Ministry …).
- Access to accounting data of a constitutional body: the FIVEnet option must be marked in the information systems drop-down (in the Ministry …) by selecting the Ministry on which the accounting office of the corresponding body depends.
- Multiple accesses or special requests: For requests that affect more than one section or have a special scope, the FIVEnet option must be marked in the drop-down box (in Agencies, Delegations and Special Consultations).
- Course Testing Environment Access: All requests to the FIVEnet Testing Environment for attendance at training courses must be channelled through the FIVEnet option (administration, support and courses).
The obligation to apply through Radix for the loss of users, whether due to retirement, transfer to another workplace, change of functions, etc., is recalled.
