Important notice
From the day
1 July 2025 a new procedure for authorising new accesses to FIVEnet will enter into force. New requests from non-IGAE users for access to the FIVEnet application
must be accompanied by the model “Authorization of access to FIVEnet” (pdf) completed by the applicant and signed by the hierarchical superior with, at least, category of assistant director-general or similar. All applications received without attaching the model will be refused.
According to the area requested, the following indications should be followed:
- Access to the
accounting data of a Ministry concrete: the FIVEnet option should be marked in the information systems drop-down (in: I.D. Ministry…).
- Access to
datos contables de un órgano constitucional: se deberá marcar en el desplegable de sistemas de información la opción CINCOnet (en: I.D. Ministerio …) seleccionando aquel Ministerio del que depende la oficina contable del correspondiente órgano.
- Accesos múltiples
or special requests: For requests that affect more than one section or have a special scope, the FIVEnet option should be marked in the drop-down box (in Agencies, Delegations and special consultations).

The obligation to request through Radix the loss of users that occur, either due to retirement, transfer to another workplace, change of functions, etc. is recalled.
