The IGAE's DocelWeb electronic signatures platform is designed to provide electronic signature services to all internal users of the State Secretariat for Budgets and Expenditure and of the General Comptroller of the State Administration, as well as external users who require said service in their relations with the General Government, and preferably with the Budgetary Administration.
