The supported electronic document formats are:
- PDFWhen users attach documents they are strongly recommended always to use PDF format, as this greatly simplifies all the processes related to signatures. PDF files can be easily generated from applications such as Microsoft Office.
- TELCON For accounting documents, in accordance with the specifications set down for this purpose in the Accounting System Instruction for Central Government.
- XML with template for presentation. For information structured in different formats, such as .TSA, .DBE, etc. which must have a previously configured viewing template.
- TXT. Plain text for unformatted documents.
- XSIG. Signed files. The digital signature recognised in those documents which include it must comply with the ETSI TS 101 903 (XAdES) specification and the General State Administration signature policy.
- DOC y DOCXMicrosoft Word and other Microsoft Office formats (without macros). Office files should be saves as PDF before being added to DocelWeb.
- ZIP. For groups of files to be added as individual files to a request for signature (the files in the ZIP are signed, not the ZIP itself).
