What is it and what is it for?

docunet

Docunet is a software application centralised under web architecture that is used to edit structured documents and generate them as files or on paper.

Accounting documents

It can be used to print accounting documents in the format and structure set out in the Order of the Ministry of Economy and Finance dated 1 February 1996, approving the accounting documents to be used by the General State Administration, and its subsequent amendments. It also generates these accounting documents in TELCON format and as files, as set down in the TELCON specification documents for version 1.0, for Government Bodies, and version 3.0, for the General State Administration: TELCON specifications.

Currency payment annexes

In accordance with the joint Resolution of 22 February 2011 by the State Comptroller General's Office (IGAE) and the Directorate General of the Treasury and Financial Policy (DGTyPF) regulating the procedure of payments in currencies, Docunet enables the production of attachments for payments in currencies that must be sent to Accounting Offices together with the corresponding accounting documents. The attachments may be downloaded in file format or printed out on paper in the case of a single final beneficiary.

Other structured file documents

The application allows users to edit structured documents from the expenditure file that are standardised and thus able to be incorporated into the programme. These documents can be generated as files or on paper.
