Who is it for?

In the area of the General State Administration, it is addressed to the Directorate General for European Funds, and specifically to the departments responsible for the management and payment of the European Social Fund for the 2000-2006 programming period, as well as to the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
At a more general level, it is targeted at all autonomous communities, city councils and public companies that have a role in managing the Cohesion Fund for the 2000-2006 period.
