PROCESSING PURPOSES:
Management of authorizations for access to the information systems and services provided by the Budgetary Administration.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING:
Royal Decree 3/2010, of 8 January, regulating the National Security Framework in the field of Electronic Administration. Resolution of the Secretariat of State for Budgets and Expenditure of 21 December 2015, which regulates the security policy of the information systems of the Secretariat of State for Budgets and Expenditure and the General Comptroller of the State Administration.
DATA RECIPIENTS:
Civil servants in the area of the Budgetary Administration, the offices of Economy and Finance and Public Administrations, as well as individuals who must access the Budgetary Administration information system (an area limited for this purpose by the systems of the the Secretariat of State for Budgets and Expenditure and the General Intervention Comptroller of the State Administration).
DATA TRANSFERS:
No international data transfer is envisaged.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD:
At the time the civil servant generates the request to revoke access to all information systems to which they have been granted access.
AUTOMATED DECISIONS:
There are no automated decisions.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY:
Interested parties may exercise, where appropriate, their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to data processing (and to not be subject to a decision based only on automated processing, including the creation of profiles, which produce legal effects on them or affect them significantly in a similar manner, in accordance with the provisions of article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679), by presenting themselves to the data controller at any of the offices of the assistance network for matters of registration (https://administracion.gob.es) Interested parties may exercise, where appropriate, their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to data processing (and to not be subject to a decision based only on automated processing, including the creation of profiles, which produce legal effects on them or affect them significantly in a similar manner, in accordance with the provisions of article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679), by presenting themselves to the data controller at any of the offices of the assistance network for matters of
