How to request access to SIC’3

Application for access to this application should be made as per the specific Regulations and in the Resolution of the Secretariat of State for Finance and Budgets, of 27 February of 2009, regulating the information system security policy of the Secretariat General for Budgets and Expenditures and the Government Comptroller's Office.

Users included in the Budget Administration network (Secretariat General for Budgets and Expenditures and the Government Comptroller's Office).

Registration requests for this application by new users should be generated by the network administrators of each unit through the GEP application Requests, or directly by the user by way of Dam@.

External users or users not included in the Budget Administration network.

Registration requests for this application by new external users should be processed in accordance with the procedure described in access control, which can be accessed via the virtual office section of this portal.
