Update to version 3.5.0/3.5.10 - Concessions and Treasury

Web services specifications (version 3.5.0 and version 3.5.10):

(11/06/2024) The specifications of version 3.5.0 and 3.5.10 have been consolidated into a single document. The following revisions already available in the TESTING and TRAINING environment have been implemented. The PRODUCTION deployment date will be announced shortly (the specifications of the web services available in PRODUCTION currently correspond to the 09/05/2024 documentation).

Version 3.5.0 allows the use of the AnnuityData block without the RunPeriod fields reported, the minimum Annuity value will be assigned to RunPeriod from and the maximum value to RunPeriod until.
Version 3.5.10 preserves the full functionality of the concession identification triplet (call, payee and discriminator) for the services of Concessions, Payments, Refunds, Refunds and Penalties.

(25/06/2024) The following incidents are corrected:

Asynchronous request - High of project: does not return the Project Code field (applicable to version 3.5.0).
Asynchronous request - High concession: does not return the CodeConcession field (applicable to version 3.5.10).
Synchronous request - Low concession: does not return the CodeConcession field (applicable to version 3.5.10).

(01/07/2024) Deployed in the PRODUCTION environment of version 3.5.10.
