    • Resolution of 3 December 2018 by the General Comptroller of the State Administration, modifying the Resolution of 7 July 2015 by the General Comptroller of the State Administration, approving the procedures for online requests for representation for the material verification of investment, communications and standard request forms, and the Resolution of 14 July 2015 on the audit function in the context of the material verification of investment
    • Resolution of 7 July 2015, from the General Intervention Board of the State Administration, approving application procedures using electronic means by a representative for actions of physical verification of the investment, communications and standard forms for this application. This Resolution aims to:
      1. Regulate the application procedure by a representative of the General Intervention Board of the State Administration (IGAE) for actions of physical verification of the investment using electronic means.
      2. Set the channel to articulate communications by electronic means of the appointing of a representative among the IGAE, administration bodies, interventions and advisers.
      3. Approve the standard application forms for a IGAE representative for actions of physical verification of the investment and the application forms for modifications attached to this Resolution.
    • Resolution of 14 July 2015, from the General Intervention Board of the State Administration, on the development of the oversight function within the scope of physical verification of the investment. It regulates the operations relating to the intervention of the physical verification of the investment, with particular reference to the actions of appointing a representative and naming qualified technical advisers, the completion certificates and the result of the intervention of the physical verification, as well as the monitoring of appointments.
